Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancelations inside 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.

If, on the day of travel, your flight is delayed or canceled causing you to miss your shuttle reservation you will be accommodated on a later shuttle, if one is available, at no additional cost.
If we have no availability Karst Stage will refund your ticket price.
If you choose to secure other transportation rather than accept our accommodation your ticket will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Karst Stage will not be liable for delays caused by road conditions, inclement weather, accidents, breakdowns and/or other conditions out of its control. Additional costs such as meals, lodging, and transportation will become the responsibility of the chartering group.
