Pricing Policy:

The price of your trip is based on the itinerary you have provided. If your itinerary changes and our drivers are not able to complete the trip within their legal limits there may be additional charges to send additional drivers or to hire an outside company to finish your trip. Our drivers are subject to the Department of Transportation Regulations. Drivers are required to carry a current physical exam card, undergo drug testing under the DOT rules and regulations, and maintain a log for miles and hours of service. DOT regulation 395.10 restricts driving hours. Because of these restrictions, drivers may not be able to tour with or transport passengers upon arrival at your destination. Please contact your sales person before finalizing your itinerary.

Safety:

Federal regulations allow drivers to be on duty 15 hours per day, including a maximum of 10 hours driving.
A driver must then have 9 complete hours off duty before returning to duty. The customer also understands that drivers will take periodic driving breaks every 2.5 to 3 hours to counteract the effects of fatigue.
For your safety, drivers must devote their full attention to driving
the monitoring and supervision of passengers rests with the charter group and their leaders.
The total number of passengers can not exceed the seating capacity of the coach.

A $500 “hold” is required to serve as a security deposit for any damages/extra cleaning. This amount is separate from the charter payment and the form will be destroyed considering the bus comes back in favorable conditions upon completion of the trip.

Coach Idling:

Many cities, states, and facilities now have zero-tolerance idling laws.  Idling is also destructive to an engine and can cause the vehicle to shut down.  Repairs are expensive and time-consuming.  Please respect your driver when asked to exit the coach.

Unpaved Roads:

Motor coaches are made for smooth roadways.  Unpaved surfaces can be destructive to a coach and must have prior approval.

Loading Luggage/Equipment:

Luggage should not exceed 50 pounds.  Items in excess of 50 pounds will not be handled by your driver.  The handling of scooters, wheelchairs, and other heavy or large equipment must be arranged ahead of time.
