Pay Matters!

On average, drivers earn wages from $4,500 to $7,000 a month.

We know that pay matters and offer highly competitive pay to our drivers. We understand that you are the face of our company to many of our passengers, and we strive to keep you happy and as busy as you want to be. We do pay overtime, and tips on charters are typically 10% per charter.

CDL Charter Drivers W/ “P” Endorsement: $21/Hour- Plus Gratuities
CDL Transit Drivers W/”P” Endorsement $25/hour
Non-CDL drivers $19/hour-Plus Gratuities

Do you like consistency in your schedule? Our transit/ line run work or airport shuttle work may be a perfect fit. It allows you to know when you are starting and when you are off. If you want to hit the slopes each day after work, we can help make that happen.

Is it adventure and spontaneity that makes you tick? Our charter work allows you a changing backdrop every day. Enjoy meeting different groups, schools, sports teams, and more while driving our motorcoach charters or van tours.

Our late-model fleet of luxury motorcoaches, high-top vans, and transit buses are all kept to the highest maintenance standards.

Keeping our vehicles in good working order pretty much sums up our maintenance philosophy. As graded by the Department of Defense, which has some of the most stringent inspection standards, Karst Stage currently has the highest quality vehicle maintenance programs around, receiving the highest score possible. Our staff takes pride in keeping vehicles in working order, minimizing the frequency of mechanical breakdowns.
